RestoreAI: Production Platform and AI Infrastructure

Reduced dev/staging AWS spend from roughly $700/day to $200/day through GPU right-sizing, workload placement, and unused-resource cleanup.

Infrastructure ownership

I own production infrastructure on Nebius and dev/staging on AWS, including databases, networking, and GPU-backed AI workloads. Infrastructure provisioning and changes are managed with Terraform and Terragrunt.

The cost reduction above covers dev/staging AWS spend, not total company infrastructure spend.

Defined workflows for shipping changes

I built isolated development, staging, preview, and production environments so product engineers can ship through defined deployment workflows.

Container build-and-deploy pipelines include health checks and rollback paths. GitHub Actions builds and publishes the images, and Dokploy handles deployment.

Operating AI workloads

I operate GPU-backed video search and summarization workloads, testing model configurations and GPU sizing against requirements. NVIDIA NIM/VSS provides the model-serving workloads I operate.

Release safety and recovery

I improved release safety and recovery through database restore validation, vulnerability scanning, and operational runbooks. Production access improvements include SSM and Tailscale.

Technical SOC 2 Type II preparation

I lead technical SOC 2 Type II preparation and evidence automation across AWS, Nebius, GitHub, and Drata. This is technical preparation and evidence collection, not completed certification.
